Refund can be claimed on your orders on or before 7 days of performance of booked services. If it has been less than 7 days remaining to perform the services then you are not eligible to claim a refund.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or your registered email ID through which you initiated the purchase. It is also necessary that the credit or debit card through which you made the purchase should be active. If it has been cancelled, then a refund becomes difficult.
Once your return/refund request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
